Thank you for visiting my website and getting to know more about me and Ivi Gabales Consulting.

For over two decades, I have built a career at the intersection of technical design, marketing, and business development. I began as an architect, transitioned into marketing and pursuit leadership, and ultimately became a trusted business development strategist for AEC firms across the Pacific Northwest. That mix of roles has given me a 360° perspective on what it takes to win work and grow sustainably in this industry.

I’m not just a BD professional—I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life, from childhood hustles to co-founding a nationwide cake company during the pandemic. Every venture reinforced the same truth: success comes down to clarity of message, strength of brand, and authentic client relationships.

That is the perspective I bring to my clients today. As a fractional business development leader and mentor, I work with small and mid-sized AEC firms—and the people driving them—to sharpen strategy, build authentic client relationships, and position for growth. My unique blend of technical training, marketing fluency, and entrepreneurial drive makes me a natural partner for leaders and teams who want to grow with purpose and impact.
